Portless integrates with your Shopify store in one of two ways: Pipe17 or OFG. Which one you're on affects how you edit or cancel orders, so it's worth confirming before you reach out to Support or make a change yourself.
Note: OFG is a legacy platform and is no longer available to new merchants. Existing OFG merchants are gradually being migrated to Pipe17, and our team will reach out when your store is ready to move over.
Check your installed apps
The most reliable way to tell is to look at the apps installed on your Shopify store.
In your Shopify Admin, go to Settings, then Apps and sales channels.
If you see an app called Order Fulfillment Guru, your store is integrated through OFG.
If that app is not there, your store is most likely integrated through Pipe17.
Check the Portless Ready tag
Some Pipe17-integrated stores use a Portless Ready tag on individual orders, most often when reassigning an order to Portless from another fulfillment partner. If you see this tag, it's a sign your store is on Pipe17, but not every Pipe17 store uses it, so its absence doesn't confirm you're on OFG. Use the installed apps check above as your main reference.
If you're not sure
Your CSM or Customer Support will know which integration your store uses. You can also reach out to the Portless Support Team and we can confirm it for you.
