Managing Invoices with 40Seas

Manage your Portless invoices and shipping logs through 40Seas, our accounts receivable management platform for global commerce.

Portless partners with 40Seas as our accounts receivable management platform that helps your businesses engage in global commerce. Through 40Seas, you can manage your Portless invoices and download shipping logs for accounting, audit, or tracking purposes.

Access the 40Seas dashboard

New to 40Seas? Sign up at https://link.40seas.com/signup/portless. If you already have an account, log in using the email address associated with your Portless account.

Navigate your dashboard

  • Navigating Your Dashboard

    • Homepage: An overview of your recent account activity.

    • Left-Side Menu:

      • Overview: Your credit application status or, if approved, your credit limit, including total, available, and upcoming payments.

      • Invoices: View all your invoices and their status.

      • Charges: View all your charges and their status.

      • Suppliers: Add suppliers to pay for inventory purchases using your 40Seas credit.

      • Users: Invite team members to access the dashboard on your behalf.

Supported Payment Methods

40Seas supports several payment methods for settling your invoices.

  • Wire transfer

  • ACH transfer

  • Credit card (excluding American Express)


Download your shipping logs

If you need to download records for accounting, audit, or tracking purposes, you can do so through the centralized dashboard.

Step 1 - Log in to your 40Seas account.

Log in to your 40Seas account and navigate to the Payment / Finance tab.

Step 2 - Navigate to Invoices

Locate the Invoices tab on your side menu. This is where your centralized transaction data, open/paid balances, and tracking histories live.

Current/Unpaid Invoice

Go to the Unpaid tab and click Export. A CSV file of your shipping logs gets downloaded.

Paid invoice

Go to the Paid tab and click View details of the invoice you want to download.

Go to the Attachments tab and click the Download link for the data you need.
