Use the Billing & Invoicing tab to view your invoices, track account balances, and manage payments in one place. This article walks you through how to view invoice details, pay invoices, and export your billing data.
Things to keep in mind
The Billing & Invoicing tab is best accessed on desktop. Mobile experience may be limited.
Only users with Finance or Admin roles can access this tab.
Invoices can only be exported one at a time.
View billing and invoicing
Log in to your Portless Merchant Portal.
Navigate to the Billing & Invoicing tab. On this page, you can view a dashboard that displays account balances and the status of your invoices.
View invoice details
To view invoice details, click the Invoice # or the three-dot menu under Actions and select See Details.
From this page, you can view Line Items of the invoice, Activity History, which will display information such as the creation date, when the invoice was sent, and when the invoice was paid. From this page, you can also download a copy of your invoice or pay the invoice directly.

Pay invoices
The Billing & Invoicing page will display the status of your invoices, including if you have overdue payments. To pay an invoice:
Under Actions, click the three-dot menu and select Pay Now next to the invoice you would like to pay
Enter the payment amount and select your method of payment from Credit Card, ACH Transfer, or Wire Transfer.
Click Pay when you are ready to submit.

Export invoices
You may want to save and retain copies of your invoices. To export your Billing & Invoicing data:
Next to the invoice you would like to export, select the three-dot menu under Actions.
Click Export.
A .zip file will be saved to your computer, including the invoice and shipping logs.
Export multiple files
Select the checkbox next to each invoice you would like to export.
Click the Export button in the right-hand corner under All Invoices.
Select whether you would like to export Invoice Data, Shipping Logs, or Complete Archive.
A .zip file will be saved to your computer with the information you requested.
