The export feature on the Merchant Portal lets you pull product and inventory data directly to your email as a downloadable file. You can filter your products first and choose exactly which columns to include before exporting.
Things to keep in mind
You can customize which columns appear in the export before sending.
The file is sent to the email address(es) entered at the time of export. Double-check these before starting.
Applying filters before exporting helps narrow down the data included in your file.
How to filter products by stock status
Log in to the Merchant Admin Portal.
Go to the Products tab and click Filters.
Click Add a filter and choose In Stock, Low Stock, or Out of Stock.
Click Apply Filters.
How to export your product data
After applying your filters, click Export.
Select the columns you want to include and add any email recipients as needed.
Click Start Export. A downloadable file will be sent to your email.
