Tracking Inventory through the Merchant Admin Portal

The Merchant Portal uses three standard inventory values: On Hand, Committed, and Available, which appear consistently on the Inventory page and the Products page. This means your stock numbers always line up, no matter where you check them.

Key concepts and terms

  • On Hand: Total units physically in stock for a SKU, summed across all locations

  • Committed: Units reserved for in-progress orders

  • Available: Units available to promise; calculated as On Hand minus Committed

Things to keep in mind

  • Inventory totals on both pages reflect stock across all locations by default.

  • Selecting a SKU gives you a more granular view. The inventory is broken down per location.

Where to view inventory

Both the Inventory page and the Products page display summarized inventory totals per SKU across all locations.

  1. Log in to the Merchant Admin Portal.

  2. Head to either the Inventory or Products tab.

  3. To see a location-level breakdown, select a specific SKU. The detail screen shows inventory values per location along with full product information.
