Navigating the Merchant Portal's Home Dashboard and Analytics Feature

Updated today

Portless has rolled out two new features to give you a clearer view of your order performance: a refreshed Home Dashboard and a new Analytics module. Together, these tools help you monitor fulfillment metrics, track performance across markets, and make more informed decisions: all in one place.

Things to keep in mind

  • The Analytics feature is actively being expanded. Future updates will include additional tabs covering orders, inventory, and more.

  • A Reporting feature is also coming soon, which will let you download pre-built reports.

  • Portless welcomes your feedback on these new features. If there's a metric or view you'd like to see, reach out to the Portless product team or schedule time with them directly.

The Home Dashboard

The Home Dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of your orders and average fulfillment times.

  1. Log in to the Merchant Admin Portal. Go to the Home Dashboard from the main navigation.

  2. Use the date filter to select a time range. You can choose previous days, weeks, months, or jump to the current month or quarter.

  3. Review your metrics for the selected period.

  4. Scroll down to the graph to see orders broken down by destination country.

  5. Hover over any metric to view its tooltip. This explains what the metric measures and how it's calculated.

The Analytics Feature

The Analytics feature gives you a deeper look into fulfillment performance over time.

  1. Navigate to the Analytics section from the main menu.

  2. Use the date filter to set your order creation date range.

  3. Use the destination country filter to narrow results to a specific market.

  4. Review fulfillment metrics such as:

    • Average time from order creation to fulfillment

    • Percentage of orders delivered within 10 business days

    • Performance trends over time and across compared periods

  5. Scroll to the country breakdown to see how each market is performing.

  6. Hover over any metric to view its tooltip for definitions and calculation details.
