Portless connects with most major e-commerce platforms and sales channels. Whether you're on Shopify, WooCommerce, or a platform that works through middleware, there's likely a way to get your orders flowing to Portless without rebuilding your tech stack.
This article gives you a quick look at what's supported and how each path works.
Things to keep in mind
Your Order Management System (OMS) must be able to route both order data and product data to Portless. Check with your OMS provider if you're unsure.
You don't need to replace your existing setup. If your system can route orders through an OMS, it can work with Portless.
If you're migrating from a previous integration (such as Order Fulfillment Guru to Pipe17), see Managing Orders After Migrating to Pipe17.

Connect through an order management system
If your platform isn't directly supported, you can still connect to Portless through a compatible OMS. Your OMS needs to be able to route both order data and product data to Portless.
Platforms and sales channels that work this way include:
Marketplaces and social channels: Amazon, Wayfair, TikTok Shop
E-commerce platforms: BigCommerce, Magento, Squarespace, Weebly, Ecwid
OMS and multichannel tools: Sellercloud, X-Cart, Mirakl, Pipe17
Platform not listed?
If your platform doesn't appear above, you may still be able to connect with Portless through a compatible integration or OMS that can route orders and product data to our system.
Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to confirm compatibility for your specific setup.
