This article provides Vietnam warehouse-based merchants with the essential requirements for international shipping. To ensure successful delivery and avoid customs delays, you must provide specific consignee data and adhere to the designated carrier pickup schedule for non-US destinations.
The shipping requirements
To fulfill your orders without delay, you must include a phone number for every consignee. Customs officials and local delivery staff require this information to contact the recipient for failed delivery attempts or duty payments.
If you use the SingPost (QSM) service and a phone number is unavailable, you may enter a "0" in the phone number field. However, please be aware that the destination country may still hold the package if they cannot reach the recipient during local transit. Additionally, for all SingPost (QSM) orders, you must enter the recipient's Tax ID in the Address 3 field of the shipping form.
Carrier pickups
We organize collections to maximize efficiency for international logistics. For all orders destined for countries outside of the United States, pickups occur two times per week. Please ensure your packages are ready for collection on:
Tuesdays
Thursdays
US shipments follow a daily pickup cadence.
