Important Changes to Notify Portless About:
If you make any of the following changes in your Shopify store, you must inform Portless:
- SKU Changes – Modifying, adding, or removing SKUs.
- Variant Title Changes – Updating the name of any variant.
- Number of Variants – Adding or removing variants from a Portless-synced product.
- Variant Option Name Changes – Renaming options (e.g., changing "XS" to "xs" or "Pink" to "Hot Pink").
Why This Matters
Whenever changes like these occur, Portless must replicate the same updates on our end to ensure a seamless sync between your Shopify store and our fulfillment system.
