How to Update Your Shopify Products

1. How to Add Cost per Item (CoG) in Shopify:

Navigate to your Shopify admin panel

Go to Products and select the product you want to update.

In the product details page, locate the Inventory section.

Click the name of a product to edit it.

Within the Inventory section, you should find the Cost per item field.

Enter the cost of the item in USD.
Save your changes.
Repeat these steps for all your products.

2. How to Add HS Codes in Shopify:

If you don't have many products to update and you don't know your product HS codes, then you can add the HS code directly on a product's page.

Steps:

From your Shopify admin, go to Products.

Click the product that you want to edit.

In the Shipping section, click Add customs information.
In the Harmonized System (HS) code field, enter an HS code. If you don't have an HS code for your product, then start typing a description of your product to search for the appropriate code.
