Shopify order import is a feature that simplifies the process of transferring order data from your store to Portless Shopify. By automating the import process, we can save time, minimize errors, and ensure accurate order management.

Exporting Order Data from Shopify
To easily add the order details on the Portless Order Import Template, you can export the data from your Shopify store by following these steps:
- From the Shopify admin, go to Orders on the left-hand menu.
- If you want to export specific orders (e.g., by date range, fulfillment status, etc.), use the filters at the top of the Orders page to narrow down your selection.
- You can also select individual orders by checking the boxes next to them or export all orders without filtering.
- Click on the Export button, typically found at the top-right of the Orders page.
- Choose the export options, such as All Orders or just the Selected Orders.
- You can also select the export file format (usually CSV).
- Shopify will send a download link to the email associated with your account, or you can download the file directly from the pop-up window if available.
- Once downloaded, the CSV file can be opened with spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets, where you can review and analyze the order data as needed. From here, you can copy the data and paste it to the Portless Order Import Template
