Introduction
Using the Order Tracking Sheet is a simple and effective way to monitor the status of your shipments. This sheet will be shared by your Account Manager. By knowing how to use the Order Tracking Sheet, you can stay informed about your orders and manage your deliveries more efficiently.
Main Tab
- Shows the list of orders you have with Portless for the last 30 days
- The details included are: Order number, shipping country, order creation and shipped dates, first and last-mile tracking numbers, tracking URL, status, Shopify fulfillment status, and notes/remarks
Pending Orders Tab
- Shows the list of orders Portless is unable to ship/fulfill due to certain reasons such as incomplete shipping information/address, orders with out-of-stock (OOS) SKUs, and the like
- You may need to reach out to your customers with orders listed in this tab to ask them for the information required to ship their orders
Delivery Issue Tab
- Shows the list of orders which are not delivered successfully due to various reasons, namely: Returned to Sender (RTS) due to insuffient/incorrect address, recipient unavailable/unresponsive, recipient failed to pick up their order, package was refused, enclaimed, etc
- The listed orders are housed temporarily at the abroad warehouse. You will be given ample time to reach out to your customers and get the correct information needed (ex. complete address, working phone number, etc.) to re-dispatch their orders.
NOTE:
-
The abroad warehouse can’t re-dispatch outside the order’s initial shipping country (Example: We can’t change the shipping country/address from Canada to Australia).
-
Once the allowed re-dispatch period has passed, the order will then be tagged as abandoned and we can no longer retrieve it.
OOS Tab
- Shows the list of orders with SKUs/products that are tagged as OOS
- You can use this tab to check which items needs to be restocked
