Introduction
Order modification requests refer to requests made by a customer or a client to change details about an existing order. These modifications could involve a variety of changes, such as:
- Change of Shipping Information (Address, Recipient Name, Phone Number)
- Order Cancelation
- Add/Edit/Remove Items
Steps
- Review the Cutoff Times article to see if your order modification request is still within the allowable window.
- Once done, verify with Portless if the order modification can still be accommodated by sending an email to support@portless.com or filing a ticket via the Portless Help Center.
