Introduction

Order modification requests refer to requests made by a customer or a client to change details about an existing order. These modifications could involve a variety of changes, such as:

1. Change of Shipping Information (Address, Recipient Name, Phone Number)
2. Order Cancelation
3. Add/Edit/Remove Items

Steps

1. Review the Cutoff Times article to see if your order modification request is still within the allowable window.
2. Once done, verify with Portless if the order modification can still be accommodated by sending an email to support@portless.com or filing a ticket via the Portless Help Center.

NOTE: Please make sure to contact us before making any changes to the order. Even if the order status says "in progress," it’s likely, that the order has already been packed and shipped. Our fulfillment center processes scans in batches, so some orders may appear as "in progress" for a bit longer, but they're actually ready to be shipped out.
