Order changes can be made between 9 am to 7 pm EST (DST) / 8am to 6 pm (non-DST) as long as the order has not been shipped.

For Bonded Warehouse orders, the last-mile tracking number would take about 2 days to show up. During weekends, there will be no operations
Sample Scenarios
- If your customer placed an order at midnight and reached out to you at 1 AM EST to update their shipping address, you may contact the Portless Support Team and request for the address to be updated until 9 AM EST.
- If your customer placed an order on Sep 1st at 10 AM EST and reached out to you on Sep 2nd at 10 PM EST to change their delivery address, the request will be denied as it has passed the allowable window.
