Planning Your Holiday Shipments for Christmas and New Year 2026

The holidays are your busiest season, and your customers want their gifts on time. Use the cut-off dates below to plan your orders so parcels arrive before Christmas and New Year.

Key terms

  • Ship-out date. The date your parcel leaves our warehouse. This is not your order date.

  • Cut-off date. The last recommended ship-out date for holiday delivery in each region.

  • On-time delivery rate. The share of parcels that arrived on time last year. We base our cut-offs on an estimated 80% on-time rate.

Things to keep in mind

  • These dates are warehouse ship-out dates, not order dates.

  • Parcels shipped by these dates have roughly an 80% chance of arriving in time. Ship earlier for a higher success rate.

  • These dates are estimates based on last year’s delivery data, not a guarantee.

  • The EU, AU, and CA row uses the earliest date of the three regions to keep your plans safe.

  • Don’t promise Christmas delivery for Canada orders shipping from our bonded warehouse. Last year’s on-time rate on this route topped out at around 75%.
